استخدام هذا الموقع وإتمام الطلبات من لايت ويف الكويت، فإنكم توافقون على الشروط والأحكام التالية

1. All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to update product information, pricing, or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
2. Payments must be completed using the approved payment methods available on the website. Orders will only be processed after payment confirmation.
3. Light Wave Kuwait is committed to providing high-quality products and services. However, product colors or packaging may slightly differ from the images displayed on the website.
4. Delivery times are estimated and may vary depending on location and shipping conditions. We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party shipping providers or circumstances beyond our control.
5. Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery and contact information. We are not liable for failed deliveries caused by incorrect information.
6. Any misuse of the website, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms may result in suspension of service or cancellation of orders.
7. All website content, including logos, images, and text, is the property of Light Wave Kuwait and may not be copied or used without permission.
8. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait.
9. Customers have the right to request a return of eligible products within fourteen (14) working days from the date of receipt, in accordance with the applicable laws and consumer protection regulations of the State of Kuwait.
10. To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging along with any accessories, manuals, or promotional items included with the purchase.
11. Refund requests will be processed after the returned product has been inspected and approved by Light Wave Kuwait. Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the purchase within a reasonable period in accordance with applicable regulations and banking procedures.
12. The right of return does not apply to products that have been damaged due to misuse, products that have been customized or specially ordered for the customer, or products that are not eligible for return under applicable laws and regulations.
13. جميع المنتجات والخدمات تخضع للتوفر. نحتفظ بالحق في تحديث معلومات المنتجات أو الأسعار أو إيقاف أي منتج في أي وقت دون إشعار مسبق.
14. يجب إتمام عمليات الدفع باستخدام وسائل الدفع المعتمدة المتوفرة على الموقع، ولن يتم تجهيز الطلبات إلا بعد تأكيد الدفع.
15. تلتزم لايت ويف الكويت بتقديم منتجات وخدمات عالية الجودة، ومع ذلك قد تختلف ألوان المنتجات أو التغليف بشكل بسيط عن الصور المعروضة على الموقع.
16. أوقات التوصيل تقديرية وقد تختلف حسب الموقع وظروف الشحن، ولا نتحمل مسؤولية التأخير الناتج عن شركات الشحن أو الظروف الخارجة عن إرادتنا.

19. جميع محتويات الموقع، بما في ذلك الشعارات والصور والنصوص، هي ملك لـ لايت ويف الكويت ولا يجوز نسخها أو استخدامها دون إذن مسبق.
20. تخضع هذه الشروط والأحكام لقوانين دولة الكويت.
21. يحق للعميل طلب إرجاع المنتجات المؤهلة خلال أربعة عشر (14) يوم عمل من تاريخ استلامها، وذلك وفقاً للقوانين واللوائح المعمول بها في دولة الكويت وقواعد حماية المستهلك.
22. يشترط لقبول طلب الإرجاع أن يكون المنتج غير مستخدم، وبحالته الأصلية، ومُعاداً في تغليفه الأصلي مع جميع الملحقات أو الكتيبات أو الهدايا الترويجية المرفقة به عند الشراء.
23. يتم فحص المنتج المرتجع من قبل لايت ويف الكويت، وفي حال الموافقة على طلب الإرجاع يتم استرداد المبلغ المدفوع باستخدام وسيلة الدفع الأصلية خلال مدة معقولة وفقاً للإجراءات المصرفية والأنظمة المعمول بها.
24. لا يشمل حق الإرجاع المنتجات المتضررة نتيجة سوء الاستخدام، أو المنتجات المصممة أو المعدلة خصيصاً للعميل، أو المنتجات التي لا يجوز إرجاعها وفقاً للقوانين واللوائح المعمول بها.
